✨ Refund & Return Policy

All returns must be made within 14 business days from receiving your package (if shipped) or 14 days from fulfillment (if picked up).

Items must still have any original vendor tags (if provided), be unworn, undamaged, and free of any odors.

Please note that not all vendors include tags on their items, but they must still meet all other return conditions to be accepted.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Pre-orders are non-refundable (unless a mistake was made on our end).

You may exchange an item for a different size if available, as long as all the above conditions are met.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. ✨

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

• Custom or personalized products

• Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)

• Sale items
